Description: Please Read: The item(s) detailed in this listing are from a collection of a Very Senior Officer in a branch of the United States Armed Forces, Historian, and Author and he has been collecting for almost 75 ++ Years. Many of the items I am listing are extremely rare and are museum type pieces. I am not an expert in this area so I called upon a military historian to assist me with what is being listed (description) and a approx. current market price for the item(s). He provided me with some historical context, however some items were extremely rare and he never viewed anything like it or similar to it before. What's is in this listing: A) VERY VERY rare plume. What makes this original horse hair plume so rare is it still has the original tag/wrapping from the manufacturer that says Feb 10, 1902. These are getting harder to find but next to impossible to find it with the wrapping tag when it came from the factory in 1902 If you are a serious collector and serious about the item, you can provide me with a reasonable/serious offer. If you can help me better describe the item, I will be more than happy to listen.
