Description: Antique Civil War history book titled "HISTORY of the FLAG of the 85th REG'T", pertaining to the 85th Regiment of Pennsylvania volunteers. The book includes several photo illustrations as well as a roster. It has 21 text pages, plus the illustrations. The book is in fair to fairly good condition overall. There is some wear to the cover including crease lines and loss of a corner of the front cover. The binding is holding. Some of the interior pages have some light spots which may be an early indication of foxing. There is a tear line after page 2, however there is an illustration the follows and Page 3 follows that, so the tear may have just been from the way that the book was constructed. Please see photos.
