It bears two beautiful vignettes, a steam locomotive on the left, and workers loading bales of cotton on the right. It measures appx 12x7 inches and is printed on typical stock security bond paper. Attached to the side is the railroad's stock registration slip. It is in excellent condition, with no rips or tears. All writing/markings are from its issuance and processing.
