Description: For your consideration is a stunning antique lily pad design table runner. This piece is of linen with a beautiful hand-embroidered lily pad design done in green, yellow, white and pink thread. The artist has expertly captured the lily pad flower as it would grow along a water line with a few leaves reaching upward. From the early 1900's to 1920's. The artwork is in the quintessential Arts & Crafts Mission style perfect to display with any Stickley or Craftsman decor. A perforated edge graces the border at each end of the runner. This piece measures approximately 19" x 39". A perfect runner or scarf for a small table or end table. We have photographed the front and back, as well as in varying light so you can better see the detail of the design and workmanship. This piece is in excellent condition overall. There is one tiny spot that can probably be cleaned off, but we do not want to risk damaging the antique linen since we are not experts in that arena.
