G-H.Center emerald cut stone is a synthetic blue Spinel and the 3 red rubies are also synthetic.This was common for back in that age.The rose gold shank is 3/8" wide right under the diamonds and rubies. The center stone has a couple of very small dings on the top that don'r show too much. You can see them in some of our photos, Photos make them look worse.If this bothers you there is the option of having your jeweler change the stone to something else you like. If it were my size, I would wear it as is.
