Description: This listing is for one vintage hardcover book titled - Evangeline A Tale of Acadie By Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Minnehaha Edition. Smith-Andrews Publishing Co. Copyright 1895 by Van Cleve-Andrews Co. Illustrated. This is a nice readable vintage book. It does have some fading to the front and back cover. Some minor roughing at the hinge of the spine and some roughing to the spine ends. There are a couple tiny dark spots on the top end of the cover. The previous owner's name and date 1899 written on the inside front blank page. The binding is good, and all 98 pages are intact. Doesn't appear to have any smudging or tears to any of the pages. The very last blank page does have a creased corner. It is not mint by any means but is a nice readable book. All other items, I select 2 options - one is priority that carries insurance and the other is parcel ground that does not carry insurance. I do wrap with bubble wrap and pack with peanuts but can't be responsible on the handling once it is left at the Post Office. I do charge $1.00 shipping/handling fee to help with the cost of shipping supplies (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, padded mailers, boxes etc.). I only mail within the United States.
