It is in excellent condition with near white pages, complete with no pages missing, no writing in it, and no rips or tears. Please look closely at the pictures to determine the grade before you bid. Any bright white or light areas in the photos are reflections and not on the item. We are not the original owners. We had bought this decades ago at an estate auction. It has been stored away in a climate controlled area of our smoke free home with other books. It measures 4" x 5 3/8" and has 90 pages. This is a great collectible book at a great price with no reserve. I will ship this to you carefully packaged in a box via media mail. Buyer is to pay the actual shipping cost.
