Description: 2-piece lot of Vintage Ephemera from the Knights of Pythias. 1893 Knights of Pythias Installation Service for Subordinate Lodges Book. No missing pages. Booklet has separated from binding cover. Pages yellowed but book it totally legible. Neat little piece of history of this organization. Book measures approx. 8" x 6" The second piece is a certificate/document c 1920. Birth of the Order of the Knights of Pythias.There is a picture of the founder along with 4 of the original members. Started in Washington DC in 1864. Picture of Temperance Hall. Nice condition for age, some minor wear, folded and was found in the book. May be small tears.
