Description: Amazing authentic 1890’s lace wedding dress. Worn by my great, great grandmother. She was a professional seamstress and most likely hand sewed most of this dress. So much intricate designed. Lace, embroidery, French knot buttons. Just stunning the back has an array of French knot buttons but the closure on this dress is all hooks and eyes. Along with this amazing light cotton linen , there are parts of the dress made with a sheer stripe , white on white, that adds such a beautiful touch. Truly a work of love and art. This had been in storage for nearly 90 years and is in amazing condition. No tears or holes. A few slight aging marks. Please see photos for more details.
