Description: I have for sale an 1884 political campaign ribbon for James G. Blaine and John A Logan. Blaine the republican ran against Grover Cleveland, the democrat for president, but he lost the election. The black & white ribbon is 5 by 2 1/2 inches. some soiling, one strong fold in the center and a lesser one at the bottom. On the reverse it has some minor red ink, where the makers name was. The ribbon shows a knight's helmet at the top, and below it has two shields with flags behind. On the shields it has the photos of JAMES G. BLAINE and JOHN A.
