Description: See the photos of this nice, all original, post Civil War correspondence that was written to Colonel B.H. Massey in Fort Mill, S.C. It appears that Massey was the leader of the South Carolina Militia and possibly a former Confederate military man. I'm not sure but he was clearly influential. The letter has something to do about using someone's stone to build jetties, etc. This letter and cover was with the other Massey correspondence that I have listed separately.
