Description: Good condition hardcover book. About 6-7/8” tall. Exterior: Cloth binding is square and tight. There is soiling bottom of covers. Some wear of the corners, bottom edges, and spine ends. Some cloth loss of the spine ends. Gilt text front and spine. The gilt in the spine has dulled. Interior: owner name on the front free endpaper. Lightly toned page margins. Top corner of front and back free endpapers are clipped. Top of front pastedown has a name poorly erased with a spot of paper loss. Pages are clean with no other handwriting. Bottom corners up to page 16 have a 1/8” bottom corner crease. Page 17 has a normal sized bottom corner crease. 310 pages including index. 2 Pages of book ads in the back. “Bonus” you get a pressed flower between pages 76-77…see last listing photo.
