Lake's Illustrated Atlas of Cuyahoga County Ohio, published in Philadelphia by Titus & Simmons, 1874. A copy of the title page is included with the map for authenticity. Shown are land owners, railroads, post offices, highways, townships, churches, schools, creeks and other details. It has original handcoloring and is blank on reverse, overall a nicely preserved example that would frame up well. Size: The map image measures approximately 14 by 34 inches, although the map extends beyond the neat lines, and is on a 16 by 36" page with a margin all around for framing. Condition: It is in Poor condition for its age with a strong impression, bright hand coloring, blank on reverse and printed on a heavy page. Unfortunately, the left fold has separated with much wear and paper loss, a few handling smudges and browning, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
