The map is well documented with a copyright of 1855 by Joseph Colton in small print at the bottom of the map, although it was printed for the 1874 edition of Colton's General Atlas, published in New York, a copy of the atlas title page is included for authenticity. It is not mounted nor matted, being sold as a single sheet as seen in the main pic. Size: The page measures 13 1/2 x 17 1/2 inch (35x44cm), as seen in the main picCondition: Good to Very Good, original handcoloring as issued with text on reverse.
