A facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity. According to the preface it was drawn on stone by Francis Bedford and printed by Day & Son. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. It is a very beautiful print executed with precision and craftmanship. Size: The image area measures approximately 7 3/4 by 11 1/2 inches (20x29cm) on a page measuring 8 1/2 by 13" (21x33cm) as shown in the pic. Condition: The print is in excellent condition, blank on reverse with lithographic color. It is very clean with no obvious defects to mention and would frame up nicely, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
