Description: This engraved portrait of Abraham Lincoln was done by William G. Jackman in 1865. The pose was taken from an original photograph by Mathew Brady during the Civil War. It is in excellent condition with a tiny water stain tucked beneath the top left corner. As you can see on the back, it also appears that this classy engraving has been in this frame for a very long time. Measures 8 1/8" x 10 1/4" overall. Almost 100% positive that the signature is a facsimile.
