It has the hand written serial number “3353” and was hand signed by the Register of the Treasury. The bond was engraved and printed by George Dunn & Company, Richmond, Virginia. The vignette is of the Treasury Building in Richmond. There were 15,046 issued of this type Bond. Plain back There were coupons at the bottom which were payable monthly and have been cut off and redeemed at the Treasury. The Bond will come in an archival sleeve. It measures 11” x 14”.
