At his death, he left his wife a portion of his estate for her upkeep and the remainder to the churches. The lawsuit deals with the claim that the monies had not been used for the purposes that Price had intended, particularly with respect to the poor. Owner’s name in ink on the front wrap and weakness of wrap along spine. Pamphlet clean otherwise and in general in very good condition. Rare title
