Description: Here's an early Boston & Sandwich Glass cut overlay punty oil lamp made in the 1860s with its original marble base!....opaque white overlay round compressed pyriform font with 3 rings of punty cut windows....3 1/2"square marble base with original brass stem.....Excellent condition with no chips or damage. Shiny clean with no haze. It has a couple natural yellowish streaks on the surface of the glass from when it was made....perfect brass threaded collar....old brass replacement burner is in good working condition with wick.
