Description: Original CDV of Whittier, 1860s, a bit earlier than the majority of CDVs you will find of him out there. Clarkson, Salisbury, Massachusetts photographer imprint. 4" x 2.5". Light / medium wrinkle, most visible on the back; tiny corner mount nick; small scuff on studio imprint. That little black thing on his shirt was on my scanner glass, not on the CDV.. you can also see it on the scan of the back.
