Description: Offered - The Elements of Hand-Railing, Robert Riddell, James Challen & Son - Lindsay & Blakiston, Philadelphia, 1860, 26 pages + 22 plates. Age - Published in 1860. Condition - Good, moderate wear to the boards, turned corners, dried substance to the lower right edge of the boards, solid binding, no cracking to the hinges, light to moderate foxing throughout, complete, easily browsed. Condition Grades: As New: The book is in the same immaculate condition as when it was published. This could be the description for a book that has been kept in a warehouse for years, never shelved, thumbed or even opened yet may still be some years old.
