The 1861 volume is missing the top quarter of the spine, the front board is attached by threads, the rear joint is cracked, and the corners are worn through. It and the 1859 volume also have some damage/loss to cover cloth. Other volumes have moderate wear, minor chipping. Pages yellowed with sporadic foxing, some creases, minor blemishes. Good on the whole.
