Description: This 1855 Ungraded Liberty Head Coronet Braided Hair Type Large Cent is the Rare Knob On Ear Slanted Fives Variant and is an Attractive Coin with Great Detail! It has a few notches along the rim and one impact mark on the obverse of the coin. It does not appear to ever have been cleaned, dipped or polished. The photos were taken using natural sunlight. This coin will be packaged in a Day Mount Flip Holder with three carefully placed staples to ensure that it is air-tight and secure. This coin is being sold in an Ungraded state. I believe that grading is mostly a matter of opinion, regardless of who is doing the grading.
