Modest soiling overall with pink and tan staining to front board’s title plate. Front joint cracked with binder’s waste exposed. Spine splitting from seam. Loss at head with binder’s waste exposed. Manuscript spine label soiled and toned, chipped at edges. Title page cut at corner with loss of text. A E written in blue pen on title. Light toning to text with minor instances of age-staining. Some foxing to fore-edge. Binding is intact. Please see photos. Scarce. This was the first Columbus directory and of the earliest non-Cincinnati Ohio directories.
