Description: 1834 PETITION TABLE vs. STILES, FORMAN, OMISSION RECORD DEED, QUEEN ANNES COUNTY This listing is for a vintage paper that comes from an assorted collection of Maryland papers that I am/and will be listing. The back side panel is marked Thomas T. Table and Eliza Table his wife, Petition, Copy, Decree. the inside reads: Thomas T. Table and Eliza Table his wife vs. John S. Stiles & Sarah Emory Stiles his wife and Sophia Forman. The petition was submitted to the Chancellor, red and considered and the Chancellor was satisfied that the omission to record the deed was without any fraudulent design and the parties claiming under it had a fair claim to the property mentioned in the deed. ... Said deed be recorded within six months from the date of this Decree among the land Records of Queen Annes County, etc., signed by Theodorick Bland, Chancellor. Everything is in very good condition, with fold lines. The paper measures 16" BY 12-1/2" when fully open, and when packed SECURELY for shipping, item weighs 4 ounces.
