For me, the best way to identify this is the position of the last S in States, but others look at the spacing of the letters on ONE CENT. I usually cannot see it there, but the S does the trick. This coin is about 5% rotated, meaning the coin rotated slightly between the obverse strike and reverse strike taking place with a result of the two images not matching up completely on the inverse side. A lot of wear on this coin but with error and the price, this is a good option for picking up this date.
