With the bookplate of British Liberal Party politician Aneurin Williams to each pastedown.A smart copy of this scarce expanded study of the Cathedral Church of St. Asaph. CONDITION Rebacked, with the original paper covered boards restored. Retaining the original endpapers. Minor shelf wear to back strip, with handling marks to boards. Front hinge lightly strained, but firmly held. Bookplates to front pastedowns. Internally, volume I firmly bound, with volume II first and last gathering detached and loosely inserted. Pages clean, with the odd light handling mark. Spotting to frontispiece.
