Campbell (1850-1931) on fly dated 1909. Campbell was a Philadelphia printer/publisher. Ex-library blind stamp on title “Antiquarian Society of Worcester, Mass.” Interior lightly toned with scattered foxing. Some leaves are chipped at edges. Page 193 torn without loss. Free of known markings. Rear board fragile. Slight loss at head and tail of spine. Binding intact. Please see photos. Very scarce. Melville Horne (1761-1841), A Wesleyan minister, born in England in the latter part of the last century, was originally a lay preacher of the Wesleyan societies, but by the advice, of his brethren he took orders in the Church of England, and went as missionary to Sierra Leone.
