Scuffs, marks, discoloration, rips, tears, bends is present from storage and use. Item is a hand written genealogy partial paper protected on a piece of cardboard wrapped in plastic (the plastic has a tear, see photo #3). The back side of the item has a photo copy of what the opposite side of the piece of paper looks like (see photos #5 and #6). We are unable to identify the last name on the original side, but the photo copied back side appears to read the last name "Potters". This item on the "copied" side is dated 1788.
