CONDITION In a rebacked calf binding, with new endpapers. Externally, generally smart, with evidence of former wear to the extremities of the boards prior to rebacking. Light bumping to the extremities. Boards are a little discoloured to the extremities. Only a few minor marks and small patches of rubbing to the boards. A little loss to the front board of 'Tour in Scotland' Part I. Bookplate to the front paste downs. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and generally clean with scattered spots. Institutional stamp to the reverse of the title of 'Journey From Chester'. Pencil marks to the titles.
