During his reign Rome was rising to bully the former bosses of the sea basin, the successor kingdoms of Alexander III "the Great". This coin is bright and easy to look at with a great strike and very good centering. It's brushed, which is why it's so bright. Make of that what you will, that's basically a cleaning that went a little overboard in this case.
