Relates to the Lease of a Messuage or Tenement “in the late disafforrested Forest or Chase of Leicester…..wherein the said George Roe lately dwelt and wherein one Francis Hollyland now dwells.” Also includes Closes of land in the late Forest containing 14 acres. The lease is for threescore years. The yearly rent is £8 and 10 shillings. CONDITION. Contents complete. Old fold lines. Two tiny holes (little more than pin holes - contents not affected).
