Vol. 1 = 319pp. Vol. 2 = 362+ pp. With exception to the spines having old smoke damage and detached covers on both volumes, books are in very good readable condition (NO sort of residue transfer to my hands when I rub either spines or covers). Covers are smooth to the touch with corner bumps and edge wear. Library stamp(s) [Rochester Theological Seminary] as seen in pictures. Pages are bright and tightly bound with no or very minimal foxing, stains, marks, etc. All original and complete. Solid overall. This work is extremely rare, so these historically very important volumes would be worth having restored. At present, they are 311 years old.
