Description: A 16mm PART FILM (reel 1) from 1944 entitled "Shadow of Suspicion" starring Marjorie Weaver and Peter Cookson. A comedy drama in which a mysterious man going by several names and his partner investigate the theft of a necklace. There is about 2000ft on the (2000ft) reel shown giving a run of about 55mins. The published run time is 67mins so this appears to be missing reel two of about 12mins I think. The film stock is Kodak Safety. I have run the first couple of minutes of this reel on a projector without problems. This is old film so will have scratches, lines, splices and other evidence of being old film.
