Description: Large antique old BiblePrinted in Basel Switzerland in 1699 by Jacob BattiersText in old German language Bible measures about 16" by 10 1/2" by 3 1/2" thick.leather binding has a lot of wear. front cover almost detached. covers are wood with leather covering. frontispiece/title page/ first two pages are almost detached. pages overall good with various amounts of yellowing/age toning. spots. some edge wear, folded corners. 2-3 pages have white fading/discoloring. last 12 pages or so are just holding on by threads and have more wear with tattering along edges , mostly in margins with some edge tears and and a few small tears/holes into text. cover has functioning metal/brass clasps. . please look at the photographsloc. stack 32 yes.
