Sadly I lost the notebook that went with these long ago. They did have names etc and information on the scenes. The one back photo I took was where he listed the settings of the camera etc and his Portland address. I will do the image on the 2nd auction but this auction is the only one the photo will go with. They are 4.5 X 3.5 inches. I am sure these are late 30s although he had his PDX address on the back of one. Latest are probably 43 or 44 if we wanted to play it safe. These are quite rare and unpublished and thus demand a higher amount. They are shot with perfect clarity and composition of fishing on platforms, weighing salmon and selling to tourists, chidlren also helping and in a few photos, slamon being transported in crates and slid around chutes, 1 photo is one with the passenger train and locomotive going across the birdge in the background. Natives fighting fish into nets or dipping, repairing a net, bucket being put over a truck, interaction with some people with the Natives while working, piles of salmon and a couple of Native children by a net. decided to break up into multiple auctions because I wanted to be sure you would see each photo since I am limited to 24. No Xs on originals of course I do combine shipping, So look around My shipping is reasonable for ground advantage packages. I ship very well as one can see by my feedback. If you want your card tossed in an envelope without tracking then sure, it can be less. Anything that cannot be bent or twisted USPS will charge you a package rate, and it is more in person retail at the post office. If the envelope is rigid & non bendable it gets billed a package rate. I will try to send ASAP but now have it set at 3 business days. I am too old to be rushing every day. If you see typos etc it is probably from the medical issues I have, I'm not going to overly proof check things. No spell check on here now.
