They are no longer considered brand new, and we cannot accept them back as such. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. We offer a 30 day return policy. The stipulations are the following: 1. Items are returned in original, brand new condition. 2. Products are returned in original packaging with all packaging materials. 3. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. 4.
