Using Your Design: It is VERY important that, after completing your purchase, that you use the "Contact Seller" link to send us a message with your design instructions - including any image(s) and text that you would like for us to use. Please be sure to indicate where on your mug you would like each image and text (for example: place face picture on the front, place name and date on the back). Once we have received your design information we will contact you within, typically, 1 business day with a "proof" of your design (this is also know as a "mockup"). We will ask that you review this proof and approve it before we physically print your coffee mug. This allows us the opportunity to ensure that your custom coffee mug will be printed precisely as you intend. Upon receiving the approval of your design it will be printed within 1 business day and shipped to you with tracking information. IMPORTANT NOTE: As this coffee mug is being custom designed and printed we cannot accept a return of your coffee mug unless we have not printed it in accordance to the design which you previously approved.
