Easy to use when growing seeds, plants release easy preventing trauma to roots. Plenty of drainage holes at the bottom to drain water or to soak up water from bottom which prevents disturbing the small seedlings. I put them in water trays and fill the bottom with water for them to soak up which is a huge time saver.
