Fielded on fleet aircraft during live fire exercises, this set will complement any 1/48 scale subjects listed that used them.Set is designed so all parts are clocked in position so there is no confusion in assembly. In addition the blast shield is designed to be positioned in 15 degree increments like the real gun pod to divert shock wave blast from the gatling gun directed away from the aircraft to prevent damage. Set accurately displays the proud rivets and recessed panel lines where present. Barrel exhibits crisp detail in the form of hollowed out barrels and perforations around the grouping.
