All pages foe the exception of the back page are in very good condition with no major issues to note. Edges and corners are mostly clean and sharp. Clear and legible handwriting. Signatures by both presidents & company seals from both railroad companies. Included are the document's labeled protective cover with it's intact and clean securing band, and the typewritten titled outside cover. Overall, in good to very good condition.
