Since we bake with the wheat we grow (and our family devours copious quantites of it) we have always used farming practices that do not include chemicals. Eventually, it made sense to us to go organic, so in 2020 and many, many pages of paperwork later plus an on-site inspection, we received our organic certification from OneCert®. This wheat is packaged in a heat-sealed, food grade plastic bag. For wheat packaged for long-term storage, please see our other listings. Grains keep best when stored in a cool, dry place.
