I purchase in bulk and place the balloons in ziploc bags. They are not filled, you can fill at your local store, or rent a helium tank. You can also air fill it and tape to the wall. The latex balloon will need to be tied or use balloon clips which I carry in my store. Latex balloons when filled will last 8-24 hours, so it would be best to inflate right before your event. I combine shipping...just do buy it now on ALL the items you need, then don't pay, but request an invoice. I will then send a combined invoice on all the items with one shipping charge based on the final weight of all your items. How Fast Will My Order Ship?- The posted shipping delivery time to you is listed in the auction, please be aware of this time, if you need the item quickly use the Priority 2-3 days shipping. This causes angry buyers who then give me low feedback scores due to the longer shipping times. NYS Tax- Since I am a registered seller in the state of New York, I am required by law to collect the 8% NYS tax for all buyers who have their items shipped to a New York address.
