Publisher and Word do have problems with substituting fonts and type reflowing. When submitting Publisher and Word files, we will send back a proof via email for your approval. 2.All artwork and/or images should be Black/White or Grayscale where possible. 3. Choose a color and envelop size from the list above. 4. the location of the image or text on the envelope. Once we have all this information we will email you a proof for your approval.
