Paraffin is not biodegradable. NO SOOT! * Candle soot is the black residue that is left in the jars of paraffin candles. Candle soot may also stain the walls, draperies, furniture, and even the carpets of homes where paraffin candles are frequently burned. My soy wax candles will not leave soot stains. BURNS CLEANER! * My soy candles burn much cleaner than paraffin candles. This means less airborne particles and harmful contaminants that can be caused by burning paraffin candles.
