It is best to do 2-Day UPS shipping if possible. It is best to keep Neocaridina in a 10-gallon tank or larger, but they can also be kept in smaller tanks. They are fairly-easy to keep, but do not do well with large swings/fluctuations in water parameters. It is NOT recommended to do large, quick water changes if keeping Blue Dreams in a smaller tank less than 30 gallons. If tank is 30 gallons or larger, then larger volume water changes are typically ok. A 10-15% water change once a month is recommended. If smaller tank, less than 30 gallons, it is recommended to slowly drip new water in slowly with an air-line, etc. I do 1 drop every 3 seconds for my 10 gallon breeding tanks. This helps to avoid TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) shock.
