Description: Luwak coffee is coffee that has been "processed" by a small animal known as a Civet. The beans are then cleaned and roasted. The coffee is strong and yet still remains smooth to the taste. Due to the civet process the coffee has less acidity. Our coffee is roasted to order; if you want ground coffee we will allow the beans to set for a week in an anaerobic environment for maximum flavor. Message me to request your grind preference or whole bean. (whole beans will be shipped by default) Our Luwak coffee is not blended with other Arabica beans. Pande Coffee is a direct importer of coffee from Bali Indonesia; so we can pass the discount to the consumer without a middleman. This civet coffee is humanly gathered from local Balinese workers. The civets were not caged or kept in an area with nets.
