Shipping Cutoff ---------------------------- Our normal shipping window is M-F 9am-4pm MST, not including holidays. We package orders and drop them off with the shipping company at the end of each business day. While we do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, orders placed after 3pm MST may not be shipped until the following business day. Purchases with any expedited shipping (next day, 2nd day, etc) must be completed prior to 2pm MST, due to cutoff times at the shipping company centers. Whether it be that our shipper is out sick, or issues with Freight companies, etc. Handling time may be more for custom items or items that we fabricate ourselves: they're typically made to order.
