The inner heart features 33 (as near as we can tell; it's very difficult to count them because they aren't in rows) pave' set round full brilliant cut mélange natural diamonds. These diamonds have an estimated and manufacturer's stated total weight of 0.37 carat. These diamonds have an average color graded at I/J (near colorless) and clarity at I-2 (eye-visible inclusions, but lively and sparkly) with good overall cut.
